Trips

Costa Rica

10/1/2023: On the way to La Fortuna, it started to rain like crazy. I wanted to get to the hotel before dark. We arrived just after dark, and it was still raining cats and dogs.

10/2/2023: Walked around in the forest at our hotel in the morning. After breakfast, we paid a bunch of cash to walk to the Fortuna waterfall. The waterfall was fine, but we did not spend a lot of time there due to the short trail and screaming children. At night, we did the guided night walk where we saw lots of snakes and spiders.

10/3/2023: Walked around the hotel grounds a bit before heading out toward the Arenal National Park
