Site Report: Zacatecas

• 2002-06-22: We stopped in this city because it was the only place for miles noted as "lugare muy interesante" on our map. We were surprised to find a clean city with cool weather and well-preserved colonial buildings on cobblestone streets. The city was popular with tourists as well. It is truly amazing to find a place like this that you have never even heard exists.
