Site Report: Lerma Marshes

Bronzed Cowbird (Molothrus aeneus)

2010-02-21: We took a quick detour to the marshes on our trip from Taxco to the airport in Toluca. It wasn't too hard to find the marsh, but we made the mistake of not going into the ecological park. Most of the birdlife was concentrated in the area around the park including several thousand ducks.
