11/13/2017: On our way back from Marojejy, we had a stopover in Sambava which I thought was one of the better cities to visit. There was a beach where it was supposedly "too rough to swim", but there were hundreds of people swimming near our hotel. I tried to go in with my snorkel, but the visibility was pour, and then I ended up having to share the snorkel with 7 billion children swimming on the reef.
